1. General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the Lili Jolie online store are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and comply with applicable Slovenian legislation. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of users and the online store, and the business relationship between the seller and the customer. The online store The Rehab Mechanics is operated by Parsus d.o.o., Brnčičeva 13, 1231 Ljubljana-Črnuče, Slovenia.

The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). When placing an order, the customer is informed of the General Terms and Conditions and confirms that they have read and accepted them by submitting the order.

2. Prices

All prices in the The Rehab Mechanics online store are stated in euros (EUR), include VAT, and may be changed without prior notice. Prices and discounts applicable at the time the order is placed shall apply.

Promotional offers may be limited in time, in which case the validity period will be clearly indicated in the online store. Promotional discounts, discount codes, and similar offers generally cannot be combined. A discount on an individual product and a promotional code may be combined.

Despite our best efforts to ensure that all information is up to date and accurate, an incorrect price may occasionally be displayed. In such a case, or if the price of an item changes while the order is being processed, the seller will allow the customer to cancel the purchase.

4. How do I order products from the online store www.therehabmechanics.si?

To order products from our store, you must first add them to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Products can be searched using various filters (e.g. size, manufacturer, product type).

As a general rule, all products displayed in the online store are in stock. However, due to occasional inventory discrepancies or technical errors, we cannot guarantee that stock information is always 100% accurate. If an ordered product is not available, we will inform you and cancel the order.

Once you have found a product that meets your needs, click the “Add to cart” button. You can add multiple products to your shopping cart and remove them at any time by clicking the “Remove” button next to the relevant product.

When you have finished shopping, click the “Confirm order” button.

5. How quickly will I receive my order?

We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, but no later than 10 business days from the date of the order for deliveries within Slovenia and no later than 21 business days for deliveries within the EU.

On average, orders are delivered within 1–3 days in Slovenia and 3–7 days within the EU.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, as well as a notification once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered by Pošta Slovenije, GLS, or DHL, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs:

  • Slovenia: €3.99 (Pošta Slovenije)

  • Croatia: €6 (GLS)

  • European Union (excluding Cyprus and Malta): €13 (GLS)

  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: €35 (DHL)

Free shipping within Slovenia for orders over €60.

Free shipping within the EU (excluding Cyprus and Malta) for orders over €100.

We reserve the right to use a different delivery service.

7. Payment methods

The online store www.therehabmechanics.si offers the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery via GLS (available only for deliveries within Slovenia)

  • Personal collection – once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an e-mail notification. If you do not collect your order within 3 business days of receiving the notification, we will cancel the order. If you need more time to collect your order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Payment by credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard)

  • PayPal – PayPal also allows unregistered users to pay by credit or debit card. You can use PayPal as a guest without creating an account.

8. What are my options if the product does not suit me?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our products unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. This applies to all skin-contact products in our range (toe spacers, cork balls, rollers, mats, etc.).

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email] and provide a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will process your request as soon as we receive your returned package, and no later than 7 days after receiving the package.

Once your return has been processed, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date your return is processed.

The refund will be made to the account from which the payment was originally received. If the purchase was paid for by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued exclusively to the card used for the purchase.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

Product exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.

9. Is my personal data protected?

The personal data you provide to us is carefully protected and is not accessible to unauthorized third parties. If you provide us with any personal information through The Rehab Mechanics online store, we will respect your privacy.

Our data protection policy is as follows:

  • Your personal data will be processed, used, and stored for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. Where necessary, your data may also be shared with affiliated companies and/or our service providers who process and use the data for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Customer data is stored on secure servers that can only be accessed by authorized persons.

  • We never rent or sell our users' data and do not allow third parties to use it for their own purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Rehab Mechanics online store makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its website is accurate and up to date. However, product specifications, delivery times, or prices may change so quickly that The Rehab Mechanics online store may not be able to update the information on the website in time.

In such cases, The Rehab Mechanics online store will inform the customer of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or replace the ordered product.

The Rehab Mechanics online store may withdraw from a contract only in the event that an obvious error is identified (Article 46 of the Slovenian Obligations Code – OZ). An obvious error includes errors concerning essential characteristics of a product and any mistakes which, according to standard commercial practice or the purpose of the parties, are considered decisive and which The Rehab Mechanics online store would not have confirmed or entered into the contract had it been aware of the error.

This also includes obvious pricing errors.

Video courses and digital content by The Rehab Mechanics are not available for purchase through this online store.
